Spectrum day 21- brunch
After such an early breakfast I was feeling like I wanted something. I made some old fashioned grits, (the kind you actually have to cook) and added a few, very thin shavings of Gouda cheese and added hot sauce. I got a great new sauce. All natural ingredients. For one tablespoon: zero calories, zero fat and 15 mg of sodium. It was hot and spicy and I didn't have to put that much to get the desired heat. Grits & Gouda...delicious marriage of flavors.
