Spectrum day 24- future dinner prep
I am preparing a future healthy dinner for dinner, frozen meal packing, lunch etc. I have just filled the crockpot with healthy ingredients.
What's inside:
Pink beans
Cabbage
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
1 Chopped onion
1/2 sweet potato
Asparagus
Dehydrated green onions and garlic cloves (from my oriental market - I wish you could get a whiff how good those dried onions smell- so sweet and fragrant).
