Spectrum day 24- lunch
What went inside:
1 frozen banana
4-5 frozen strawberries
1 cup skim milk
1/2 - 3/4 of your favorite protein powder (I use Life Basics- Pea, Hemp & Chia seed with vanilla).
1 scoop of Garden of Life's perfect food (green food-raw).
Dash of Cinnamon
1 level scoop of Hershey's unsweetened cocoa.
A drizzle of honey - Note: this had absolutely no effect on the taste of the shake. I will save my honey calories for a cup of hot tea next time.
I couldn't drink the whole thing so I put the rest into a container and put it into the feezer. I wonder what it will be like? We'll see.
