Spectrum day 25- breakfast

For a beautiful Saturday morning, I decided to make a beautifully healthy breakfast to match. An egg white omelet, fresh avocado with red wine vinegar and a spritz of OVOO, Seeduction toast with with ICBINB spray and half a red plum.

What's inside:
Egg whites
Grape tomatoes halved
Baby spinach leaves
Fresh cilantro
A light sprinkling of shredded mozzarella
2 extra thin shavings of peppercorn Gouda
EVOO pan spray

Beverage: mocha cafe con leche made with skim milk, xylitol, and one tablespoon Hershey's unsweetened cocoa.

Weigh in: 275!!! My first goal reached! That makes 17 pounds since spectrum day 1 and 37 total since July!

It has taken some time, but it's worth the weight...

  2. I have a book on order called Ravenous. It's about a lady with a food addiction and her journey. It hasn't released yet, but it looks good.
