Spectrum day 26- lunch

Two whole wheat pitas serve as the "bread" for this grilled veggie and cheese sandwich. Freshly cut mango adorns the center of the plate.

What's inside:
2 whole wheat pitas (the lowest s/f/c I could find)
Salad greens
Baby spinach leaves
Grape tomatoes halved
2 slices of muenster cheese (one for each pita)
Shredded mozzarella cheese (mixed in with the greens to help the sandwich bind.)
OVOO pan spray
ICBINB spray
