Spectrum day 27- breakfast

Morning comes early, early when you stay up super late working on assignments. Today is going to be non-stop. Up early, leave for class, the commute, long day of classes, another commute, work, and finally another commute. That means I will leave at 7 am and get back home at about 10:30pm. I decided to have a good, healthy breakfast of cream of wheat made with 1 cup skim milk and cinnamon, 1 fresh kiwi, and 3 of my little baby mini-pumpkin cheesecake muffins.

Beverage: cafe con leche made with one cup skim milk and 3 tsp xylitol.

Weigh in: 276 a little bump in the roads on the way down to my first mini goal. My mini goal is to lose 40 lbs since July & 20 since Spectrum day 1. I don't have too far to go now. I am just enjoying the ebb and flow of the weight loss cycle as my body adjusts to this new way of eating. Off I go to my busy day. Have a healthy day along the weigh...
