Spectrum day 27- my lunch box

I knew that today was going to be a long day, so I packed some good snacks, lunch and dinner. Because I am going to be gone all day (until 10:30pm), I wanted to be sure that I brought healthy choices with me so that I wouldn't be tempted to stop along the way to pick up something quick and possibly filled calories and loaded with sodium and fat. I brought approximately 2 tbs of Sabra's Supremely Spicy Hummus, one matzo cracker and a bunch of sweet, seedless grapes. I kept it all cool with a frozen water bottle. Later, I will have cold water even though I will be no where near a fridge or icemaker. A little prep is totally worth it.
