Spectrum day 10- dinner

I have a busy evening away from the house. I am going to be in a short drama vignette at a 7 day arts festival. Call time is at 7pm so I know that a sit-down dinner is out of the question. I decided to indulge myself by having a protein shake made with a natural protein powder, perfect food (greens-powder form), a frozen banana, frozen grapes, fresh strawberries, a measured tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa and1/4 tsp cinnamon. Running this combination through the food processor, makes for a rich and creamy shake. The addition of the strawberries and frozen grapes added a lovely, fruity hint of flavor along with added fiber. I am looking forward to evening tea with you tonight. I hope you will join me.
