Spectrum day 16- dinner

I wanted to have a light dinner after that huge lunch so I decided to have a bowl of cereal and some skim milk. The cereal is made with Kamut, spelt, and quinoa. It is surprisingly crispy, low in f/c/s. I was thrilled with it! It would be great with fresh fruit for breakfast. I will have to try that next time! Beverage: Polar sparkling water with lemon
