Spectrum day 11- snack

Since it will be a long time till lunch, I decided to rip open an apple pie LÄRABAR. These little bars are a tasty, healthy snack to have on hand. They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free, non-gmo, vegan and kosher. The only ingredients are dates, almonds, unsweetened apples, walnuts, raisins, and cinnamon. It is a nutty combination of flavors. I have to admit that it doesn't look so good, but it is a great tasting tide-me-over till lunch. I have a pre-packaged, organic, Asian, Spicy Mongolian lunch bowl in my desk, but because it has 1240 mg of sodium, I will save it for an extreme emergency. That's more sodium that I eat in one day!!! Whew... I'm glad I packed the bar. I have a business meeting right after work, so there is no time to stop by home.
