Spectrum day 2- breakfast
1 cup cream of wheat made with skim milk - no salt or sugar with dried blueberries sprinkled on for some interest, 6 dried apricots, 1 fresh plum and a cup of Starbucks via- French roast- black/no sugar... And this morning 287, 5 down from yesterday... Is that possible? Is it just water weight? I don't even want to worry about that really. Either way, this is the first time I have gotten on the scale in a while where it has said less than 288. So, that gives good incentive to day 2!!!
