Spectrum day 15- breakfast
One large slice of whole wheat toast cut in half with some of my homemade strawberry fruit spread and a few pumps of ICBINB makes a beautiful platform for an open-faced, egg white sandwich. A fork-width sliver of sopapilla cheesecake and a cup of mocha via made with water (I ran out of skim milk! PS: it is just not the same without the milk). Weigh in: 279 Actually, after last night's dinner out, I am relieved that I didn't see any greater increase. 1 pound, I can handle that... And now the long day begins.. Ready? Set. Go....
