Spectrum day 3- afternoon meal
I started feeling a little shaky after waiting so long to eat. I decided to make myself a baked potato and a protien shake like the one I made on Monday. I didn't like using the KC Masterpiece barbque sauce for the potato, because it had HFC in it, but it's all I had to work with. I used it this time, but I plan to find myself one that had low sugar and low sodium but made with natural ingredients. I love barbecue sauce on potatoes and fries so I have to find a worthy substitute for this favorite. I will probably go shopping afterwork to the health food store to see what my choices are. I guess the best thing to do would be to make it myself, but I will have to look for a good recipe that meets all my healthful demands. Not sure I will make headway in either department. I will be going to a friend's house for dinner tonight and I am concerned about what choices will be there for me. This will be my first challenge. Choose well, choose well....
