Spectrum day 10- lunch

I love yellow corn grits. I added several pump sprays of "I can't believe it's not butter" spray to give it that sweet buttery taste without the fat, sodium or calories. On the side, freshly cut mango and some dried prunes. The mango was a perfectly sweet, and juicy, addition to this lunch. Very satisfying and delicious. Beverage: Polar Lemon Seltzer.
