Spectrum day 8- lunch

Yellow cornmeal cooked in water, then topped with about an 1/8 cup cold skim milk, dried blueberries, cranberries, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. Fresh apples, dried apricots and prunes are healthy sidekick to this nutritious lunch. Just a little honey adds the right amount of sweetness to compliment the nutty taste of the corn. Beverage: polar lemon seltzer.
