Spectrum day 16- lunch...finally

Even though I have had a hankering for pizza, I made the salad the star of this show. Fresh greens, chopped apple wedges, dried cranberries, bean sprouts, almond slivers and goat cheese crumbles, topped with some low s/f dressing, adds texture and flavor to this nourishing lunch. By the way, the pizza hits the spot! Bon Appétit.
