Spectrum day 2- lunch
Wow, this split pea & Lima stew is amazing. I love the seasoning combination. I'll have to remember that for future stews. The Lima beans seem to break down in the stew, creating a beautiful soup base. Maybe the addition of whole wheat pasta or some chopped tomatoes...? I am going to cut up a sweet potato and put it in with the crockpot for the rest of the day. I think that will be a great addition. So, 1 cup lima split pea stew on a half cup of red inca quinoa and again, b&g (black & green) tea, no sugar.
