Spectrum day 7- beverage choices

I have been adding some interest to the boring, yet healthy, water selection. I have branched out to sparkling mineral water as a staple of my diet. I didnt used to care for it too much, but i have found myself enjoying it more and more. San Pellegrino has about 10 mg of sodium per 8 ounces so it's something I like to treat myself to now and then. I also have found another brand that has hints of different flavors, yet has no sodium content at all. Both are great over ice for a refreshing, healthy way to get plenty of water.
