Spectrum day 5- Breakfast
This morning I had the last of my batch of steel cut oats and a cup of black cinnamon coffee- no sugar, sweeteners or milk. Here's the update on my weight: this morning I weighed in at 283 which is a 9 pound weight loss since Monday! So in total, since I started this whole "I gotta do something" back in October, I have lost a total of 29 lbs! Little by little I am working my way down. I am determined to make this change for my physical and emotional health. I have been on a journey to find who I really am and what I am made of and to make changes to improve my well-being. Stick with me through this...I can't do it alone.
