Spectrum day 11- coffee time
I'm going out to breakfast with a friend so I decided to make myself a cup of mocha via to start the day. I know where I'm going so I have pre-planning what I'm going to order to be sure I stay in the spectrum of good choices. Weight: 279 and holding.... I expect that it will be a little tough to push through this point since I had been at this weight so long. Maybe I need to start walking now. Not a bad option...
