Spectrum day 9- dinner
A lovely salad with mixed greens, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, cut, fresh strawberries and a measured tablespoon of honey roasted almond slivers. The dressing I used was my leftover from yesterday's lunch at Chilis. After eating, I still have over half a cup of dressing left! At this rate,I can still have about 4 more salads with this tiny container. Can you believe it?? I am truly amazed...
