Spectrum day 16- breakfast

This morning I brought some dry, rolled oats, skim milk, a small slice of 7 grain whole wheat bread, St. Dalfour natural Wild blueberry fruit spread (sweetened with fruit juice) & ICBINB spray to work to make a lovely breakfast. Beverage: cafe con leche made with skim milk. I decided to try xylitol for my cafe con leche this morning. I can usually take my coffe black with no sugar, but cafe con leche is just not the same without a little sweetness. So, a cup of skim milk, 2 shots of espresso and 3 tsp xylitol made a beautiful cup if coffee. Weigh in: 279 I keep bouncing back and forth between 278 & 279. I am really pushing to break the 275 barrier very soon. On a good note, yesterday, a friend who hadn't seen me for a while said "Wow! You look great! You have lost some weight!" a nice confirmation from someone who doesn't know I have been working on this healthy eating plan. Awesome.
