Spectrum day 8- evening tea

I decided to have a hot cup of Chai Rooisbos tea. It is a red tea with a spicy blend of herbs. I'm learning to love tea for it's natural flavor, rather than heaping sweeteners and milk to mask its natural, earthy taste. After this, sweet dreams. Good sleep for good health...
