Spectrum day 2 preparations

So I soaked some lima beans and split peas today and now they are in the crockpot with no sodium/no fat chicken broth, dehydrated green onions and garlic slices that I found at the oriental market, a Italian spice blend I got at the farmers market that has oregano and sundried tomatoes among other dried spices (no salt), tumeric, and cayenne pepper. It is simmering as I write this from my bed. I am looking forward to day two as my eyes are drooping shut. Hopefully, I will soon begin to see some results on the scale. I will keep a close eye and share my progress. Gotta stay on track and I need your help to keep me accountable. So, I'm counting on you to keep me honest, and the pictures don't lie!
